Tuff-N-Uff kicks off 2025 schedule on February 14 at SAHARA Las Vegas with middleweight title fight
Tickets on sale now for Tuff-N-Uff 141 and Eric McConico vs. Buddy Wallace championship headliner
LAS VEGAS – Tuff-N-Uff officials are proud to reveal the organization’s first show of the new year with “Tuff-N-Uff 141: McConico vs. Wallace” and a middleweight championship headliner on Friday, February 14. The iconic SAHARA Las Vegas plays host to the Valentine’s Day spectacular.
The Tuff-N-Uff 141 main event sees the promotion’s vacant middleweight title on the line, as returning 185-pounders Eric McConico (9-2-1) and Buddy “Braveheart” Wallace (22-10-1) each look to claim gold and prove themselves one of the next “Future Stars of MMA.”
Also confirmed for the event is the return of six-time UFC veteran Daniel “Miojo” Lacerda (12-6) of Brazil in a bantamweight clash with the Dominican Republic’s Miguel Angel Sosa (8-2), while Dana White’s Contender Series veteran Leon Shabazyan (8-4) will also appear against an opponent that will be named shortly. Tickets for “Tuff-N-Uff 141: McConico vs. Wallace” are on sale now at Ticketmaster.com. The Tuff-N-Uff 141 main card streams live on UFC FIGHT PASS, while preliminary bouts will stream live on the Tuff-N-Uff YouTube channel.
“This past year was an incredible 12 months of growth and development for our organization, which continues to reach new heights even after more than three decades of promoting combat sports,” Tuff-N-Uff CEO Jeff Meyer said. “We believe 2025 will be no different, and we expect to again set a new standard for our brand of incredible action featuring the ‘Future Stars of MMA,’ right here in the Fight Capital of the World.
“We’ll release the full lineup for Tuff-N-Uff 141 shortly, but you can expect the SAHARA Las Vegas to once again be packed from start to finish, so please get your tickets quickly before they sell out.”
McConico earned his spot in the Tuff-N-Uff 141 headliner on the strength of three straight wins for the promotion, taking out UFC veteran Maki Pitolo, as well as big-show notable Tyler Ray and, most recently, an experienced brawler in Jarome Hatch. The MMA Lab product is on a five-fight winning streak overall and boasts an impressive 77 percent career finishing rate with four knockouts and three submissions.
Meanwhile, Wallace will compete in consecutive Tuff-N-Uff events after debuting for the promotion at December’s Tuff-N-Uff 140 by stepping in one just one week’s notice and scoring a submission win over top prospect Trent Miller. Wallace, who competed on the inaugural season of Dana White’s Contender Series, is currently 8-1 in his past nine fights, including seven finishes, and his only loss in that stretch came to an undefeated Ramazan Kuramagomedov, the current Bellator MMA welterweight champion.
Veteran MMA journalist and broadcaster John Morgan calls the fights alongside KSNV Sports anchor Bryan Salmond and “The Ultimate Fighter 29” cast member and former Tuff-N-Uff amateur welterweight champion Ryder “Rhino” Newman. Dana White’s Contender Series, FIGHT PASS Invitational and Power Slap veteran Justin Bernard serves as in-cage announcer.
