Tuff-N-Uff 149: Brandao vs Kamaka III

Saturday, October 25 | Palms, Las Vegas

Tuff-N-Uff 149 Returns to the Palms on October 25: Two Title Fights Headline an Explosive Night in Las Vegas

Main Event: Featherweight Title Fight

The main event will showcase a featherweight championship clash between reigning Tuff-N-Uff World Featherweight Champion Diego ‘DB’ Brandao (31-22) and surging UFC and Tuff-N-Uff veteran Kai Kamaka (16-6-1).
Brandao, The Ultimate Fighter Season 14 winner and two-time Tuff-N-Uff champion, makes his second title defense as he looks to secure his first three-fight win streak since 2023. A UFC veteran who has shared the cage with some of the sport’s biggest names including Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, and Brian Ortega, Brandao brings world-class experience and veteran experience to the bout. As seen in his last two finishes over rising prospects Canaan Kawaihae and Jamie Siraj.
Across from him stands Kamaka, a dynamic Hawaiian striker who has made a statement in 2025 with back-to-back wins under the Tuff-N-Uff banner, including a devastating elbow finish over UFC veteran Joshua Weems and a dominant decision victory against Sitik Muduev. The Xtreme couture product enters the fight with wins in both the UFC and PFL in search of getting that call back to the UFC. A win at Tuff-N-Uff 149 might earn the featherweight champion a contract.

Co-Main Event: Lightweight Title Fight

The lightweight strap will also be on the line in a five-round clash as Lightweight champion Tsogookhuu Amarsanaa (11-3) looks to defend his belt against proven finisher Kenneth Cross (16-4). With both fighters looking for a call to the UFC, this fight is sure to prove who is deserving of a contract.
